Decor My Way26's Cancellation Policy
We at Decor My Way26 believe in helping our customers as much as possible, and has therefore we allow cancellations. If you decide to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please note that the products which have been tailored/ custom made as per your requirements, cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
In case you had cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
In the unfortunate event that we are unable to provide you with the booked product, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of the payment made for that particular product or service.
Refunds
Once the cancellation has been confirmed, the amount will be refunded back to you within 14 business days. It will be refunded through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If you used a credit card, your refund will go back to your card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to show up on your card statement.
